What is a Capability?

A Capability is a reusable, governed building block of enterprise intelligence. It can run on its own or combine with other Capabilities to deliver complex business applications.

A Capability can be an AI behavior, a business function, access to knowledge or data, a workflow, a human judgment step, an integration, a shared platform function, or any combination of these.

Portrait of Krishna Bihari Kumar

Krishna Bihari Kumar

Founder & Chief Engineer

Making complex technology work for the people who know the business.

Krishna brings 28 years of experience in enterprise platforms and technology innovation at Xactly, American Express, and IBM. At Xactly, he developed a rules-based system that automated onboarding of customers onto Xactly's product (integration builds, configurations, and data creation) and is the named inventor on the U.S. patent for it. He is also a named inventor on a second U.S. patent, for visual regression testing.

More recently, he built AI agents using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate with Salesforce and ServiceNow, prototyped enterprise AI agent use cases, developed an agent evaluation framework, and took a RAG-powered assistant from hackathon prototype to company-wide use.

Krishna mentors students in generative AI at the Arizona Science and Engineering Fair and has served as a Grand Award category judge at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair.

At Sanvog, he leads engineering and R&D, turning business expertise into governed, reusable Capabilities with AI.

Portrait of Mokshada Choudhary

Mokshada Choudhary

Founding team member

First a believer. Then a builder. Excited to be both.

Mokshada brings 15+ years of enterprise software experience, most notably at JPMorgan Chase in Mumbai and Singapore, where she built equities market risk and P&L applications. Her work there spanned full-stack development, system integrations, application ownership, audit readiness, and platform modernization, backed by deep expertise in banking technology. At Sanvog, she applies that hands-on engineering background to building reliable, enterprise-ready business software.
